Hello all,
Anybody knows about PCB laminate defect called measles? What are the
causes, prevention, remedy? We just finished wave soldering a PCB and
there are some white spots (kinda like spiderwebbing) that are from
inside the PCB laminate. I assumed this is measles (I've never seen one
before).
Anybody knows if this is caused by high temperature, bad lamination,
etc...? Any cure?
