Thank you all for the interest in my book. I now have received over 300
requests for it for sale. I have no plans to profit from this adventure. As
usual, my stuff basically is free. However, I now am at the point of
incurring costs. Therefore, I must ask if you all have read my terms and
conditions on the ftp site concerning how you all may receive a copy of the
book on CD.

I'm not going anywhere else with this thing. It is staying on this forum and
I do not want this to be self promoting. I do enough of that on my own.

If the IPC will allow, I will post again the book's table of contents. With
that, I will post the NOT FOR PROFIT terms and conditions.

Also, does anyone know of an efficient, effective way to burn multiple CD's
at a relatively low cost. I don't mind losing a little more sleep burning
the stuff, but I just don't have a good answer to the situation yet.
