Hi Earl,
The bulge tester was not used for the RR in 484, because we already had
discarded it for the purpose of ductility determination. the only method I
know that works is IPC-TM-650, Test Method 2.4.2.1 "Flexural Fatigue and
Ductility, Foil" which is identical to ASTM E 796 "Standard Test Method for
Ductility Testing of Metallic Foil." I do have access to this tester as do
most commercial labs.
