Jeez Peter, I've already apologized and was not talking about Singapore. I
was talking about China and its emerging technologies based on the rest of
the world's extreme desire to help China become something more in return
for
money as it's the last place on earth, but Anarctica to be developed this
way - Africa excepted.

I'm sorry Wee Mei - over and over again. I was talking about the "Big
China"
not Singapore. Didn't you read my reply to Brian, Peter?
