Hey Richard - another merger! How about that! Sounds like you've come a long
way from ADC.

Everyone is struggling with this issue as more an more mergers occur. It
also occurs when startups endeavor to perserver while just meeding an
initial parts numbering system so they can be effective and get a library
off the ground. This is a very expensive proposition.

I know of no easy method to do either of the above. Also, the cost is
enormous in either event. Seems like using your merger partner's data base
is the most convenient way to go.

It would be nice if someone had a data base including and convering all
needed part numbers. Is there anyone out there with this ability willing to
share without costing millions?
