Brian,

My thoughts were of two things.

First I thought we were talking about mainland China as we in this country,
along with everyone on this planet and the moon, are rushing in to help
because there is no business for this type development here or anywhere
else..

Second, America was mostly responsible for industrial and technical
development in Japan after the war then they spread the stuff all over Asia
after that as Korea, Singapore, Taiwan (with our help), etc.

If I owe Wee Mei an apology, so be it. I aplolgize.
