No, there is no such thing as a "standard profile"--too many variables.
the best way is to test with an actual PCB and the actual connector.
Paticularly with  connectors things can get very tricky because of the large
thermal mass of the connectors, the fact that you are soldering the connector
pins into the PTHs, and that the the connector body is shielding and impeding
the thermal flux to where you need it the most.
