I'm looking for recommendations for an off the shelf defect data tracking software package for tracking SMT defects by reference locator and defect type for a high mix/low volume contract manufacturer. At this time, I'm not interested in SPC data as much as getting simple pareto charts showing some trending over many individual work orders. It would be nice to be able to use the same software to track yield data from the test technicians also.

I should explain that we have an Access database a summer intern wrote for us that collects the data but can't trend it for us. It is written in fairly complex code that is difficult to modify without spending lots of time working at it. We're thinking we'd be better off to stick with a canned program that we can customize to out needs.
