Hi Benny,
    The question is, who hasn't ? I know that Ericsson favoured RCC in the
early days of microvia, but the world has moved on apace since then, and I
would suggest that most people would prefer to use thin prepregs (1080 or
106 and even the 'special' microvia prepregs) to RCC for both cost and
surface quality reasons. So what do you want to know ?
