Next to impossible but someone may have found a solution at the assembly.
Prevention is the only cure. Correction does not work unless you send the
whole lot of boards back to the fab supplier and have it strip the gold  and
run them through HASL. Been there, done that.

Sorry about the situation. It is not fun. You must qualify your supplier's
processes before placing orders.
