We are in the process of upgrading our BGA equipment. Currently, we
have a SRT Summit 1000 and have been successful with it but as it
goes in the world of manufacturing the need for equipment employing
current technologies is a must. We would appreciate any information
(Pros and Cons) that anyone could provide on the Summit 1100 HR and
the APE Sniper Wide Body BGA systems.
