There are some numbers being thrown around for immersion Tin Thickness that
are a little unrealistic.

Getting 40+ microinches (1+ micron) is pretty difficult, to impossible on a
production basis. It can be done in a lab, with a freshly made up bath, but
I have never seen even 50 microinches ever, and this is with any immersion
Tin process.

Is anyone even maintaining 40 microinches in production?

I suspect that you have to run your process pretty carefully to maintain 30+
as the bath gets old.

Will production people comment please?
