We have a scenario where we want to put string of rectifier diodes in
series, onto
an aluminium heatsink, to conduct heat from them. What we envisaged doing is
soldering these diodes onto a single sided circuit board and potting this
assembly
onto the heatsink.

My question is what is the most suitable thermally conductive potting mix to
use for this case, and will not let loose, or break free from the aluminium
over
time?
