Daan,
I would recommend that rather than suggesting books, you get your purchase
guy involved with the IPC committees for bare boards.  He will learn more
in a three day session at IPC than he will in a dozen books.  He would also
be able to talk with other people who have been through this before and can
give tips and pointers that would never appear in books (lawyers, ya know).

Hi Technet,

We've got a new purchase guy here. He's going to buy our bare boards,
and he want to know everything about the subject. Can anyone recommend a
good book to learn this stuff ?
I've got Scarlett's "The Multilayer Printed Circuit Handbook", but this
is slightly outdated and too detailed for a buyer.
