MoonMan,
use only qualified vendor only.  During vendor qual test, specify the
cleanliness must be less than 1.0 ug/cm2 with test data of x number of lots,
at most complexed coupon format.  No need to specify in each of the dwg.
Works well with SPC and ISO 9000....Hardly ever have problem until OEM and
vendor change ... or your MBA start to make few more cents for their salary
(either in your vendor side or your own back yard)...
