Perhaps not full force, just partial but hoping... Thanks, anyway.

What kind of wax? Why is MEK banned when acetone isn't? They're very
close cousins. That is what I'd go for, as a first try, in your
permissible list. If the wax has a high MP, you might consider
perchloroethylene at or close to boiling point, preferably in a good
vapour-phase degreaser (yes, it is permissible in most places with
suitable precautions). Failing that, we are going to have to start
looking at strong hot alkaline solutions, with the risk that there may
be some attack of your glazes. If there are no other organic materials
on your hybrids, an oxidising plasma would work. If the hybrid has no
component mounted on it, you could take it up to a temperature just
under the softening temperature of the coolest frit in an oxidising
atmosphere.
