Hi, Bev,

There area cabinets available that don't need a dry nitrogen supply (or any
other dry gas), though they tend to be slightly more expensive to buy
initially than dry gas versions. One such is made by a company called
MacDry - we have one on the shop floor here, and it works well. I think
Steve G knows of these as well. Can't help with your gas consumption
figures.

Good morning Technetters!

One supplier of cabinets for moisture sensitive components states that for
a
1200 L cabinet that a dry gas flow of 1200 L/hr  is needed.  Would you
agree
with this number?  I know of course that the number is predicated to a
certain extent on the tightness of the cabinets, but right now I just want
to know if this is a ballpark figure that people agree on.
