investigations, excessive fines, penalties, threats, retaliation or

Ombudsman MichaelL. Barrera, Congressman Donald Manzullo, Congressman
Phillip Crane and Regional Fairness Board Members. Ranking officials
from Key Federal Agencies will answer questions and describe their

enforcement environment."

Ombudsman Barrera will be in Crystal Lake............to meet with
community leaders, business organizations and small business owners to
discuss the impact of unfair federal regulatory enforcement and
compliance actions on small businesses."
