You are way too cool today but, as always, right on. Is that a flaw too?

Sure you use a metal core or metal sandwiched board. You also get the heat
into the core then out of the box using cold walls connected directly to, or
near via heat pipes, the metal plane to conduct heat out of the box.

How many variations on this theme? I used ten oz. Cu a couple of times. CIC,
and related metal cores, both constraining and tailoring, work well.

Lot's to choose from depending on the application and requirement.
