Several choices.  Mil Std 105  Level III AQL.  This is a critical sample vs
Level II which is considered a std sample.    Depending on what your
customer is looking for, you may have to do 100% insp..  Also, if you have
done testing what is your failure rate ??  This may answer your question.

If you do AQL a representative Test Report would be required.

Our board house is required to do 100% test.

Do you do testing now ?? and if so what is your dropout rate ??  (if I may
be so bold to ask)
