You are so wise ever providing sage advice. I sure would like to be able to
do that.

Actually, I'd just settle for everyone being experts in their realm of
technology and apply concurrent engineering to the DFM process. So my
designer never walked the walk. I'd just settle for him/her to talk the talk
with other experts while listening to their answers so they could understand
and apply them to a design.

Oh, and Joyce, don't listen to Carlile. Though I work with him daily and
really am proud of it, he has a few character flaws. Hell, he has many of
mine. Maybe that's why I like the guy. You, on the other hand, have no flaws
I can detect.
