Hello all

During the last weeks we get problems with OCC- Finish in combination with
THT - components (esp. after 2 reflow cycles).
We are the opinion that the problems are correlated with batches of the
supplier.
We use a no clean process.
Therefore I want to collect some information:
For which products OCC / OSP- Finishes are used? Is OCC a alternative to
Ni/Au?
Typ of OCC / OSP (Entek ....?)?
Do you see any correlation to the supplier of the finish / batch of the
finish?
Which thickness of the OCC do you request?
What are your experiences with that finish?

Any info is welcome
