Thanks Ingemar,

I have had to narrow my strategy because, as Peter and some others point to
the obvious as X-Ray still not effective as is not AOI - yet. So, the plan
now is to use boundary scan to reduce physical test points, and and
associated hardware, in conjunction with physical testing with about half
the test points required before. This now opens the possibility of providing
all points, as 34 mil square pads on 100 mil centers.

Looking forward to the days when AOI reaches maturity.
