The primary difference that I am familiar with for systems like the EMC batch
wash module is that they have dramatically more water flow. The PC washer
has 5-10 times more gpm than any commercial dishwasher. Typically I have
found the controls package to be built for the industrial environment rather
than the kitchen. We used a couple of these at TRW with fairly good success.
