Earl,
I too am very much interested in StackUp/LayUp specification. Could you
please keep me in touch too. It appears to me that offshore MLB vendors
don't
provide the same level of documentation as state side vendors do. I often
question the quality of material use, ie. glass cloth grade.

It's way past time to specify exactly what materials you require - as long
as you know what they are. Working concurrently with your fabricator, you
will do the right thing.
I'm about to release my latest DFM/CE check lists. Indicated clearly therein
are detailed requirements for MLB constructions.
I'll provide some samples off line if you wish.
