Mike,
Speaking as a solder paste supplier there are two possible answers to your
request for "any information".
1) You most definitely can use one printer to feed two or more lines.
Either your current solder paste can do the job already or you switch to a
different paste that can.
2) You cannot possibly use one printer to feed two lines due to limitations
of the solder paste in use and a change is not considered a viable option.
Each paste has different capabilities with regards to how long it remains
effective both before and after printing. Within our product selection,
effective life after print varies significantly across the full range of
products with a best case of well over 8 hours and a worst that is just
under 4. Environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) can and do
both extend and reduce these times.
When asked a similar question by one of our customers, our recommendations
to the customers are product and environment specific.
Before making a decision, I recommend contacting your paste supplier to find
out what limitations they acknowledge for the product you are using.
