Sedat,
I ran into this a few years back and could not find any acceptance criteria
( mil or IPC) for flex re-work, this may have changed by now. Anyway I wrote
a procedure that was accepted by Raytheon QA.
Use stranded Kevlar insulated wire, tack-pak it to follow the original
trace, laminate the wire to the surface with Kapton tape. Terminate the way
you would on a rigid PCB. This was approved for single/service flex
applications, not repeated flex applications.
