If you wish to perform this task yourself, I suggest that you do the obvious
"direct bond copper" search.  Dogpile came up with a lot of hits on vendors
that I have used in the past, as well as, university types of hits.  I am
sure taht Google and all the rest of the search engines could come up with a
lot as well.

For a process standpoint, you may try older IMAPS (ISHM) proceedings,
although I would not be sure where/when to tell you to look - although 8-10
years ago might be a good starting point.

If you wish to buy, check out Cirqon <http://www.cirqon.com/about.htm>, part
of LaserAge, in the Chicago area - fairly close by you.  Have dealt with
them both a great deal in the past.  The Capps were good people to deal
with.
