Pankaj,

What kind of soldering problems are being caused by silver tarnished
components and at which soldering process - Wave solder or Hand solder?

Silver plated surface(s) will tarnish easily in normal plant environment
- sulphur being the most common cause. Sources of sulphur may come from
- paper, packaging materials, hydrozen sulphide, and handling with bare
hands. Strong oxidizers will also tarnish silver. RA type of fluxes
will help in soldering process unless tarnish is really bad.

I am planning to visit India - Delhi, in last week of July, 02. Will it be possible to visit your plant?.
