We have a TDK radial/axial automated insertation line with a custom conpoinent
sequincer to make the reels for the insertition machine. It replaced 40
employees doing hand insertation. takes 1 tech to program and setup then 1
operator to insert 1 comp/second. It auto feed boards, orentes comp, inserts,
cuts and clenches the lead, thenauto stacks assemblies or feed directly to wave
solder.
Great machine, we are an OEM and have moved much of our designs to SMT and have
avaliable time on auto insertation line. If any one whishes we would help them
with capacity and or sell 4ry old line.

Randy and Jason,

I don't know about equipment, but do know of a company that takes scrap
boards and assemblies...might even pay you for them if there's something
in them that they can reclaim. Go to:

http://www.resourcecon.com/companyinfo.htm

I just called them this morning, and spoke with a man named Jim Glenn. The
phone number is: (972) 245-3121
