I agree with Siggi concerning MSD and Lead-Free.

The Lead-Free Components Focus Group tested various plastic packages for MSD
at 260C and discovered that the average increase in MRT classifications was
greater than 2 levels. For additional details, send an E-Mail to me
off-line.

This result was consistent with other industrial studies performed in Europe
and in the United States, such as the 2000 Lucent Technologies study.
