Dear Mr. Pankaj,
The Standard IPC 7721 is for Repair and Modification of Printed Boards and
Assemblies. It details methods of
repair of Bare PWBs and also Assembled PWBs. I am not aware of IPC 7720,
but IPC 7711 addresses 'Rework
of Electronic Assemblies'. These are available in Hard copy/Electronic
Formats from IPC.
