Sure, mate,
but I had no idea about the application and it's destiny. Suggest a board that has been inactive (not operating)for a long time (stored)and suddenly has to work in 200 Centigrades+. If ordinary board material was used, absorbed humidity may be a problem. That's why I suggested LTCC. But, as I said, too little input for giving real good advice.

Dear Ingemar,

The materials that can be used to meet high operating temperatures for PCBs
can be any of BT Epoxy or Poyimide.
Some of the processing parameters wil differ from Normal FR-4 material
requirements.

Hi Eddie,
we made some odd circuits for missiles many years ago, LTCC substrates will
do the job and also if you can use gold/tin solder. But we had rather few
components, most of them ceramics and semis. Just an idea, don't know what
kind of equipment you are planning.
Ingemar

Subject: [TN] High operating temperature

Can someone recommend a laminate for product that will, at
times see operating temperatures of 205C for 4 hours. Also
would this require a different solder? Will solder reflow?
Any comments?
thanks,
