Steve sounds like a strain gage or a comp resistor. I went through similar problems with evenohm, balco and pure nickel. Even constantan can at times be a problem. There are a variety of actions to try including acid dips HCl , and an immersion in a HCL/NICl bath . a lot can be done during the lamination and exposure cycles . the resist itself has a lot to due with it . Any way there are a lot of directions to go . If you can give me more detail I would be happy to discuss some avenues with you ,
I would like to discuss this with you further

We are trying to get dry film photoresist to stick to a nickel alloy (evanohm). The evanohm is .00015 thick and is laminated to a .001 kapton/.001 adhesive. We cannot seem to get the film to stick. Any suggestions. Thanks. Steve Kelly
