205 Celsius???  Last time I checked conventional 63/37 solder reflows at 183 - so you will most definitely require some different materials.  However - I don't know many components that would happily run at that temperature either.

Can someone recommend a laminate for product that will, at
times see operating temperatures of 205C for 4 hours. Also
would this require a different solder? Will solder reflow?
Any comments?
