I made a reasonably good living during the Reagan admistration. Everyone was
jumping into Military work. Ain't happening at the rate now as then.

Then it was DESC and 50884 and 55110. Now it's DSCC and the new IPC stuff as
2221/6012. Get that done with the required qualification specimens and the
path becomes more clear but ever so hard. Here's where consultants earn
their money teaching someone who not only wants to survive but make a bit of
change/money.
