Don't know where they are in the States, but here in Singapore, Dage offer
a bureau service for their very nice 3D X-ray machines that can "section"
objects, something like a cat scan. You can try them for something similar
your side of the world.

Hi,

I'm trying to find a source that can do cross-sectional x-ray of BGA
balls/solder joints.  Can anyone recommend vendors that might perform
this type of service.  In So. California would be great but any
recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
