Hi Phil,

I have to agree that the information is there in the print, it is just not
entirely obvious.  It is left up to the CAM operator to notice that the
reference cutout dimensions are the same as the O.D.'s of the drills in each
cutout.

My personal preference would be to dimension each routed cutout, including
dimensions to the board origin and including the corner radius.  If the
"scallop" in the corner resulting from an 0.093" cutter hitting the smaller
drilled hole is acceptable, then draw it and dimension it that way.  Show
the corner with the scallop blown up as a detail so there is no question
what you are asking for.  If the scallop is not acceptable, draw and
dimension the cutout with the corner radius you want and leave out the four
drilled holes.
