SOP is normally .005-.015 radius,  anything else needs to be specified.
Using a .093 dia cutter should give you a .046 radii.  (radii being 1/2 the
dia).  For an .043 radii your board house should use a .086 dia cutter.

Just a gentle reminder, you are the customer.  Seems some of these guys fail
to remember this.
