David,

We presently have a no-clean process, one that was developed and qualified
after many, and I repeat, many hours of engineering tests, documentation,
and presentations.  I suppose we could do the same again to qualify a
cleanable product, but I was hoping it wouldn't be necessary.  I'd never
heard of anyone who cleaned no-clean assemblies (thus my question to
TechNet) and thought perhaps something might be available that could easily
perform the job.

I'm beginning to think that's not the case...

I hate to state the obvious but why are you going to use a "no-clean" flux
if you are going to "clean"
the
PCA.

Removing "no-clean" residues is problematic at best. To repeat the other
posting use a clean able flux!
It's much cheaper!!
