Essential point.

There are several ways to determine qualification status. One is QPL.
Another is QML. And, as always, the DoD issues a certification number. In
the old days it was a what? - MSCF

The 55110 qual process was pretty straight forward. We've talked about this
before. You are right, white solder mask residues were not part of the
process though solder mask cure was. Haven't read it or worked with it in
awhile. Was simple cleanliness requirements (2 megohm/cm ionic contamination
minimum) covered as it was in 28809?
