Kerry,
Telcordia and UL don't "approve" surface finishes they have end point and use requirments that products need to meet.  Our immersion silver boards meet UL Flame Only testing and pass all of the Telcordia GR-78CORE requirments

How can you use Immersion Silver on a Class II product if it is not UL or
Bellcore approved?
