Hello,
 Does anyone on this forum know where I can purchase small pcb's that have a large IC smt footprint pattern (SO16) on the top side, whose pins are shorted to the same pins on the back side of a smaller smt IC footprint pattern (SSOP16 or TSSOP16) ?  Or maybe a socket that converts from a large smt pkg to a smaller smt pkg ?
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
