Are you after a great quantity of these or just a few?
There are a few adapter board manufacturers out there, usually sold through
distributors etc. (although I cannot remember any names)

If your after lots of these, as a mod to an existing product (with a chip
that's gone obsolete I assume) then you can simply have a board designed to
suit & populate it yourself etc.

This may be the cheaper option as the purpose made adapter boards can be
quite expensive.
