The first question that comes to my mind is "where does the static charges
go if they do not
go to ground?.... it disappears in thin air???? duh!"

The answers for question 17 is quite funny I think... I once heard that
corona or St-Elmo's fire
were a sign that lightning was more susceptible to hit where was visible...
Now if one has spiky
hairs with conductive gel... does that person becomes a better target for
lightning???

Nah!  I would not trust these even if I didn't read the questions and answer
from ESDSystems....

I wonder if this falls into the "if it's too good to be true it probably is"
category?  But, for sake of argument, say it does work.  What about when you
roll across the floor on your chair, shuffle across the rug or touch a
charged body.  Do you have to wait another 15 minutes before you can do some
useful work?  And how would you know that you had to wait?
