Hi Richard,

The attached information from General Semiconductor gives outline drawings
and recommended pad layouts for the SOD-323 plus a variety of other small
diode and transistor packages.  The attachments won't appear on the list
server, so I'll send you a copy directly.  If the part is from a different
vendor, you may wish to check their drawings.  I looked through the JEDEC
site and couldn't find a JEDEC equivalent for SOD-323, though it may well
exist.  Even though I've used this package myself, I don't know what
organization it was standardized under.  Does anyone know if there is a
JEDEC MO-series drawing covering the SOD-323?
