In a sense, I agree with Brian, it makes no sense to read just the Summary for
Policy makers. Read the Technical Summary,  from which the Summary for Policy
Makers was derived ( http://www.ipcc.ch/pub/wg1TARtechsum.pdf ) and if you were
skeptical about global warming after reading the Summary for Policy Makers you
will really be confused after reading the Technical Summary. As a single
example, on page 78 its says "The climate system is a coupled non-linear chaotic
systems, and therefore the long-term prediction of future exact climate states
is not possible."

But that is what IPCC tries to do anyway.

The technical summary is replete with uncertainties, qualifications and caveats.
I encourage everyone to read it.
