Thanks a lot for your reply. Could you please elaborate on the point "We
specify a drill hole for the paddle and soldering it for good ground".

Suppose if I were to assemble this component using water soluble paste, what
should be the minimum standoff height of the component for it to be cleaned
underneath? Are there any specifications on this regard that you could share
with me?
