It depends on what you mean with independent, but QualMark has a number of
test labs for HALT/HASS. If you look at their webpage you will find the
addresses (www.qualmark.com).

I know a couple, but could anyone provide me with some more info concerning
independent test labs capable of doing HALT and/or HAST. I need to test some
assemblies with various component types including some DSP/CSP's. Primary
focus on solder joints, of course.
