Frank,
Don't forget to count cooling zones when you load options on you machine.
Cooling a BGA at too fast a ramp can induce serious stresses and warpage.
Ideally you would cool close to the same rate as you heat.

Can a reflow oven with four heater zones be used to reflow BGA and
0402-0805 chips? And, what is the general school of thought on the subject
of reflow oven heater zones needed to reflow the various technologies?
